Seu Vizinho is a carnival group that intends to bring culture and entertainment to the Serra neighborhood’s community in Belo Horizonte. The project also develops free artistic and cultural workshops that empower children, youth, adults and the elderly; produces cultural events that promote not only local artists, but the local economy and income generation for the community. The illustration and print developed for this project is a representation of this culture, joy, colors and music in harmony with the landscape of Aglomerado da Serra.
