A-Gente is a consultancy that brings together strategy, culture and social impact. I built its brand from the ground up — from positioning and personality to a visual system flexible enough to speak to governments, companies and changemakers alike.
Challenge:
A-Gente was founded to bring people, cultures, and opportunities together through a collaborative consultancy focused on strategy and positive impact.
The challenge was to build a brand that could express this vision while balancing a global outlook, a human approach, and strategic credibility.
Strategy
We built the brand's DNA around a clear idea: bringing strategy, culture, and communication together to turn meaningful ideas into tangible results.
Positioning:
A strategic consultancy that turns reputation into positive impact.

Tagline:
Connecting purpose to real impact.

The strategy is built on three pillars: meaningful connections, purpose-driven projects, and thoughtful curation. Its personality combines the warmth of the Caregiver archetype with the originality of the Creator.
Creation
The visual concept is rooted in connection: bringing people closer, bridging cultures, and opening up new possibilities.
The custom lowercase wordmark features rounded shapes and fluid letterforms, giving the brand a contemporary, approachable, and confident character.
The way the letters connect reflects A-Gente's role in bridging people, cultures, and places. This idea is built into the wordmark itself, making the brand's purpose visible in its most essential element.
The visual language balances sophistication with warmth, creating a flexible identity that feels at home across different audiences, markets, and contexts.
Do things differently. Do them beautifully. Do them together.
A brand built around a simple belief: genuine connections are where meaningful change begins.
